    This website is operated by Purtera LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("PurTera," "PurTera IT," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide IT deployment and field services to businesses across the United States. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit www.purtera-it.com, contact us, request a quote or consultation, apply for a job, or otherwise do business with us.

    When we handle information on behalf of a customer as part of delivering our services, we do so under our agreement with that customer, and that customer's own privacy notice applies to that information.

    2. Information we collect

    Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site, email us, or speak with our team, we collect the details you provide, such as:

    • Your name, work email address, phone number, and company name.
    • Details about your request, such as the type of company you work for, the services you are interested in, site locations, timeline, and anything you write in a message to us.
    • If you apply for a job, the information in your application, such as your résumé, work history, and qualifications.

    Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, such as:

    • IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser type, device type, and operating system.
    • Pages viewed, links clicked, and the date and time of your visit.
    • The website that referred you to us and any campaign information in the link you followed, such as campaign tags and advertising click identifiers.

    Information from other sources. We may receive business contact information from partners, referrals, professional networking sites, and publicly available sources.

    3. How we use information

    We use personal information to:

    • Respond to inquiries and provide quotes, consultations, and services.
    • Manage our relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.
    • Review job applications and communicate with candidates.

    4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

    Our site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some keep the site working. Others help us understand how the site is used and show our advertising to people who may be interested in our services.

    • Analytics. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure traffic and usage.
    • Advertising. We work with advertising partners, such as Google and StackAdapt, that use cookies and similar identifiers to measure our campaigns and to show our ads on other websites based on your visit to ours.

    You can control these technologies in several ways:

    Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common standard for how they should be handled.

    5. How we share information

    We do not sell personal information for money. We share personal information only as described below:

    • Service providers. Companies that provide services to us, such as website hosting, cloud storage, email delivery, customer relationship management, and analytics. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
    • Advertising partners. As described under "Cookies, analytics, and advertising," our advertising partners collect identifiers through cookies on our site.
    • Business partners. When needed to deliver a service you have requested, and only to the extent needed to deliver it.
    • Legal and safety reasons. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of PurTera, our customers, or others.
    • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
    • With your consent. In any other case where you have asked us to or agreed to it.

    6. How long we keep information

    We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this notice, including to meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it.

    7. How we protect information

    We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.     8. Your choices and rights

    • Marketing emails. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. We may still send you messages about a request or service.
    • Cookies and advertising. See "Cookies, analytics, and advertising" above.
    • Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

    Depending on the U.S. state you live in, you may have additional rights under that state's privacy law, such as the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the right to appeal a decision we make about your request. We honor these rights where they apply to us.

    To make a request, email us at Info@PurTera-IT.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

    9. Children's privacy

    Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

    10. Links to other sites

    Our site may link to websites and services we do not operate, such as professional networking and job application sites. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their privacy notices.

    11. Visitors from outside the United States

    PurTera is based in the United States, and our website and services are intended for use in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live.

    12. Changes to this notice

    We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated notice on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Changes take effect when they are posted.
