Question 1

What is PurTera IT?

Accepted Answer

PurTera IT is an enterprise-grade IT deployment services company focused on repeatable, first-time-right execution for multi-site infrastructure rollouts. We combine decades of operator expertise with PurPulse, our proprietary AI-driven PMO platform, to predict risk, validate readiness, prevent failures, and protect margins at scale.

Question 2

What problem does PurTera IT solve?

Accepted Answer

We solve the operational chaos that appears when deployments scale: inconsistent field execution, missing proof-of-work, late QC failures, scope drift, change-order confusion and invoicing delays. We make execution predictable so sites open on schedule and budgets stay intact.

Question 3

Who did you build PurTera IT for?

Accepted Answer

Enterprises and channel partners that run 10–500+ site rollouts or need consistent distributed IT deployments: retailers, restaurants, franchise networks, corporate branches, data centers, PE/VC portfolios, and anyone scaling field infrastructure.

Question 4

What geographies does PurTera IT support?

Accepted Answer

PurTera IT supports deployments across the continental United States. Our local-first bench model means we maintain vetted field engineers in most major metros and can scale into secondary markets quickly. International and cross-border rollouts are evaluated on a case-by-case basis during discovery.

Question 5

How is PurTera IT different from a national field services provider or a generic MSP?

Accepted Answer

National field services providers typically broker labor without owning execution quality. Generic MSPs focus on ongoing managed services, not project-based rollouts. PurTera IT is purpose-built for multi-site deployment programs: we combine a vetted local-first bench, structured runbooks, and PurPulse—our AI-driven PMO—to deliver predictable, first-time-right execution with audit-grade evidence. We own the outcome, not just the dispatch.

Question 6

What services do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Our service categories include: Multi-site deployments and structured deployment waves (10–500+ locations); Infrastructure upgrades (Wi-Fi surveys, AP installs, network modernization, Starlink); Cabling infrastructure (Cat5e/Cat6a, fiber, data center installs); IMAC services (installs, moves, adds, changes); Project management & readiness (site surveys, readiness checks, SOWs); Integration services (asset tagging, imaging, configuration); Field engineering (remote hands, relocations, conference room setups). These categories are executed with enforced runbooks, evidence capture and audit-ready closeout.

Question 7

What industries do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Retail, restaurant & hospitality, banking/financial services, corporate branch networks, healthcare facilities, education, data centers, telecommunications, and private equity/portfolio companies undergoing rollouts or consolidations.

Question 8

What does IMAC mean in your context?

Accepted Answer

IMAC stands for Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes—the four categories of hands-on work that keep distributed IT environments current. At PurTera IT, IMAC tasks are executed under structured runbooks with evidence capture, so every install, relocation, addition, or configuration change is documented, QC-verified, and audit-ready.

Question 9

Do you handle Wi-Fi, cabling, and data center work under one program?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We consolidate Wi-Fi surveys and AP installs, structured cabling (Cat5e/Cat6a/fiber), and data center infrastructure under a single program with unified runbooks, evidence rules, and closeout gating. This eliminates vendor fragmentation and gives you one point of accountability across disciplines.

Question 10

What is PurPulse?

Accepted Answer

PurPulse is our purpose-built AI-driven PMO platform that runs dozens of specialized decision models to support the full project lifecycle: discovery, scoping, planning, dispatch, execution, QC, closeout and billing readiness. It enforces runbooks, performs readiness checks, predicts risk, automates communications, and validates evidence.

Question 11

How does PurTera IT differ from "manual PM oversight"?

Accepted Answer

Traditional manual PM oversight relies on heroics and ad-hoc email rounds. PurTera IT replaces this with: Structured scoping to eliminate 3–4 email rounds; Automated pre-dispatch checkpoints to ensure engineers are prepared; Real-time risk detection and backup assignment to avoid surprises; In-flow QC to fix issues onsite and block defective closeouts; Learning systems that improve from every project outcome. This yields repeatable excellence rather than one-off heroics.

Question 12

What are the platform's core capabilities?

Accepted Answer

Intelligent scoping & structured SOW templates; Cost & labor optimization models for accurate quotes; Resource matching & local-first bench management; Three automated pre-dispatch checkpoints (scope, tools, arrival); Real-time risk and QC failure prediction models; Evidence validation & automated closeout gating; Audit-ready documentation & automated invoicing once pass criteria are met.

Question 13

How fast can I get a quote?

Accepted Answer

We deliver structured, accurate quotes in 24–48 hours. Our platform flags risks during scoping and replaces multi-round email scoping with a single consolidated process to protect budgets from the start.

Question 14

How do you scope multi-site rollouts?

Accepted Answer

We use structured questionnaires, site surveys, and runbook templates to validate scope completeness before scheduling. Scope validation is operationally aligned with runbooks and evidence requirements so SOWs map exactly to execution tasks.

Question 15

How is pricing calculated?

Accepted Answer

Pricing uses cost optimization models that predict labor and travel costs from past outcomes, factor in local rates, engineer skill levels, equipment/materials, and risk/complexity. We provide transparent rollups for LOE, hardware, materials, margin and taxes for spreadsheet parity and auditability.

Question 16

What is a change order and how is it handled?

Accepted Answer

Change orders occur when scope deviates onsite. Our platform detects probable scope changes during scoping and flags risks in advance; if a true change occurs onsite, in-flow QC and evidence capture document the deviation and trigger predefined change-order workflows to resolve pricing and approvals quickly.

Question 17

What is your minimum engagement or pilot size?

Accepted Answer

There is no rigid minimum. We regularly run pilots of 3–10 sites to validate runbooks, evidence workflows, and platform fit before scaling. Pilots feed operational data into PurPulse so models and execution patterns are tuned for the full program.

Question 18

What lead time is typical from kickoff to first site?

Accepted Answer

For programs with mature SOWs and site readiness, we can schedule the first site within 1–2 weeks of kickoff. Programs that require discovery, scoping, and runbook development typically begin field execution 3–4 weeks after engagement start. Timelines are confirmed during discovery based on scope complexity and documentation maturity.

Question 19

How do you select engineers?

Accepted Answer

We operate a "local-first" bench of vetted field engineers (many of whom we've worked with 10–15 years). The platform's intelligent resource matching assigns engineers based on project complexity, skill ratings, location, and past outcomes.

Question 20

What are the pre-dispatch checkpoints?

Accepted Answer

Three automated checkpoints verify: Engineers reviewed the SOW and scope; Engineers have the required tools and materials; Arrival times and confirmations are validated. These checkpoints prevent common failures before scheduling.

Question 21

What is in-flow QC?

Accepted Answer

In-flow QC is evidence-driven quality control performed while engineers are onsite. It validates photos, test results, and documentation before the engineer leaves, preventing return visits and billing delays.

Question 22

What happens if an engineer can't complete a job?

Accepted Answer

The platform's real-time risk detection predicts failures and triggers backup resource assignment automatically so issues are resolved before they escalate onsite. We escalate with solutions—not excuses—so clients get proactive remediation.

Question 23

What integrations does PurPulse support?

Accepted Answer
